On Friday March 9, 2007 Corporal Shirley Lowery has successfully completed the Athens-Clarke County Government Supervisory Course and has is shown receiving her Certificate of completion accompanied by Sheriff Ira Edwards, Jr. and Jail Chief Jack Mitchell.
